Our qualified staff will reveal you the secret of the Tuscan cooking, you could handle the ingredients and receive a participation certificate. Most of people coming to Tuscany appreciate it's simple and tasteful dishes. In fact it's basic flavour has been unaltered through the centuries.
Our cooking course introduce you to the simple technique of making handmade pastas and using the Mediterranean herbs. All the menus are suited to fresh local market season products. Classes can be done either at your rented villa/farmhouse/location or in our private structures.

Our prices includes the previous materials shop, the preparation of a complete Tuscan Menu with dessert, the final meal with prepared dishes with Chianti wine. Starting from € 100 per person.
